Overview

BOB bringt's supports people in and around Minden with everyday tasks. We built three connected systems for the business: the public website, a contract portal for signing documents online, and an email interface for staff — all on the company's own domain, bob-bringts.com.

Client & situation

BOB bringt's is a personal everyday-help and shopping service from Minden in North Rhine-Westphalia, run by founder Andreas Böse. The service is recognised under § 8 AnFöVO NRW, and many of its services can be billed to the long-term care insurance through the relief allowance under § 45b SGB XI. According to its website, the service started on 21 May 2026.

The offering covers everyday companionship, a shopping service, household help, appointment accompaniment, window cleaning, a caretaker and property service, and a tech and furnishing service — across the Minden-Lübbecke district within roughly 20 kilometres.

The audience is mainly older people and their relatives. They need clear, readable information: what is offered, what it costs, how billing with the care insurance works and how to reach the team. At the same time, a young business needs a dependable back office for contracts and internal communication.

Goal

BOB bringt's digital foundation had to deliver the following:

A distinct, trustworthy brand presence that matches the personal character of the service.
Explain services, costs and billing options so that customers and relatives understand them without having to call.
Provide contracts digitally, have them signed and store them securely — without a paper detour.
Mailboxes on the company's own domain for staff, with a clear interface and access to IT administration.
Everything from one partner: built, run and maintained by Vexoris Development.

What we built

Three applications, one brand: the website, contract portal and email each run on their own subdomain of bob-bringts.com and are aligned visually and technically.

The website is the main point of contact for prospective customers and relatives. According to its legal notice, the concept (strategy, structure, user journeys), design (brand, interface, corporate design) and implementation (development, system, hosting) are by Vexoris Development.

The contract portal is where contracts are created, signed and managed. For customers the flow has three steps: read, sign, receive the PDF. Access is by invitation only.

Vexoris Mail is the email interface for BOB bringt's staff: mailbox and IT administration in one place, in the company's branding. Approved staff accounts sign in with their mailbox address, administrators with their IT admin account.

One brand, three applications
Website, portal and mail share the same logo, colours and imagery. For customers and staff, everything feels like one product.
Built for the audience
Plain language, large controls and a clear structure — with direct routes to costs, services and contact.
Digital contracts instead of paper
Contracts can be read and signed online; the signed document arrives as a PDF by email.
One sign-in for staff
Anyone with an @bob-bringts.com mailbox uses it to sign in to the contract portal as well.
Bilingual
The website and the contract portal are available in German and English.
