Your rights under the GDPR

Where the GDPR applies, you have the right to:

Access. Obtain confirmation as to whether we process your data and, if so, a copy of that data.
Rectification. Have inaccurate personal data corrected.
Erasure. Request deletion of your data in certain cases (“right to be forgotten”).
Restriction. Restrict processing in certain circumstances.
Data portability. Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format where applicable.
Object. Object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing.
Withdraw consent. Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
Complain. Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your country.

Legal basis for processing

Under the GDPR we only process personal data where we have a valid legal basis, such as: your consent; performance of a contract; compliance with a legal obligation; or our legitimate interests (where they are not overridden by your rights).
