Member & Staff systems: what costs extra

So you know before we quote. If login, Member, or Staff are on the same main site, you're good - no dedicated-website cost. The extras below only apply when you need something separate or connected.

On the same main site? No problem

Custom login & registration, Member system, and Staff system can all live on your main website. In that case there's no dedicated-website cost - you only pay the add-on prices (€1,000 + Member and/or Staff as chosen). No need to worry about a separate site unless you want one.

Dedicated website for Member or Staff

Only if you want a separate site for your member area or staff portal (e.g. members.example.com or a different domain), we treat it as a new website plan. That means an extra build cost - we'll quote based on the scope of that dedicated site.

Connecting to your main website

Linking the Member or Staff system to your main site - APIs, integration, single sign-on, or shared data - is extra. We'll include it in the quote based on what you need.

Updates, fixes & improvements

After launch, changes to the Member or Staff system - new features, fixes, or improvements - are quoted separately (same as our new-feature pricing by complexity). Your monthly fee covers hosting and maintenance; bigger changes are one-off costs we agree in advance.

Adding new features after launch

Want to add something new to your site? We charge a one-off fee based on complexity. The final price depends on the feature you want - we'll confirm it before we start.
