1. Plans (build price, one-time)

After launch: €30–€100/mo for hosting, maintenance & support (see section 2). All plans include hosting, database, storage, maintenance & SEO (level depends on plan).
2. Service fee
Starter, Growth & Pro: Service fee is included in the build price. No separate charge.
Custom: Service fee is included in your quote. We don't add hidden fees - everything is in the agreed price.
3. Monthly fee (after launch)
We agree the amount (typically €30–€100/mo) after launch. Your total depends on which services you use. Database & storage start at €30 for both - only pay more if you go over the included limit.

4. Adding new features after launch
One-off fee based on complexity. We confirm the price before we start. Final amount depends on the feature you want.

5. Add-ons

Custom login and registration that fits your site. EU compliant (GDPR). Add a Member system and/or Staff system on top - each has its own extra cost.

Member & Staff systems: what costs extra
So you know before we quote. If login, Member, or Staff are on the same main site, there's no dedicated-website cost - you only pay the add-on prices. The extras below apply when you need something separate or connected.
- On the same main site:No problem. Login, Member, and Staff can all live on your main website. No dedicated-website cost - just the add-on prices (€1,000 + Member/Staff as chosen).
- Dedicated website:Only if you want a separate site (e.g. members.example.com or another domain) for member area or staff portal. Then we treat it as a new website plan - extra build cost. We quote based on scope.
- Connecting to main site:APIs, integration, single sign-on, or shared data between the main site and Member/Staff system costs extra. Included in the quote based on what you need.
- Updates, fixes & improvements:After launch, changes to Member or Staff (new features, fixes, improvements) are quoted separately - same as new-feature pricing by complexity. Monthly fee covers hosting and maintenance; bigger changes are one-off costs we agree in advance.
