These Terms of Service (“Terms”), also referred to as the Vexoris Subscriber Agreement, apply to your use of the website and member platform operated by Vexoris Development (sole proprietor), including registration, the member dashboard, client portal, and any services you obtain from us. By using this site, creating an account, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use this site or register an account.

These Terms apply unless we have agreed different written terms for a specific project or enterprise arrangement.
To access the dashboard and client portal you must register and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to register.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or remain unverified where verification is required. You can manage sessions in Security settings and contact us regarding account closure.
You may use this website and member areas for lawful purposes only. You must not:

Content on this website (text, design, logos, images) is owned by Vexoris Development or used with permission. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it without our prior consent. For projects we deliver, ownership and usage rights are set out in the project agreement.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time, including when we release new platform features. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the website, your account, or our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For existing project contracts, the terms agreed at signing remain in force unless we agree otherwise.
